Return & Refund Policy
As our digital resources are designed for immediate access and use, and do not include digital rights protection, all purchases made from ExamPassport are non-refundable.

We strongly encourage students to review product descriptions, course outlines, and sample materials carefully before making a purchase to ensure the program meets their learning needs and expectations.

Exceptions

1. Technical Issues
   If technical issues prevent a student from accessing the course content or participating in live sessions, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If resolution is not possible, a refund may be considered.
2. Course Modification or Cancellation
   In the event of unforeseen circumstances that necessitate a modification or cancellation of the entire course, enrolled students will be notified, and appropriate arrangements, including refunds, will be made.
